How do I collect and send my hair sample?

- Collect a small sample of 4 to 5 hair strands (cut close to the root/scalp).
- Place the sample in a small sealed bag or envelope, write your activation code on it, and mail it to our lab. Note: Colored or chemically treated hair can still be tested!
